You will need access to a fully equipped gym! Glute bands are not necessary, but encouraged to have for this program.
You will receive 3 glute emphasized workouts per week, with a new program every Sunday. Workouts will be sent in a PDF format with access to instructional videos by Iron Babe herself.
You will have check ins and ongoing support from the Iron Babe team. They will be ready to help you maximize you glute gains and offer nutritional and supplemental advice.
